Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that you might change your mind. We know that some of our courses may not be 100% relevant to your current needs. That is why we give you the freedom to view our demo classes and materials before subscribing to the course. No amount will be refunded after the payment is made.

The reasons we do not provide a course fee refund are as follows:

• All courses are run as a batch, and we admit a limited number of students per batch. If a person leaves in the middle, it becomes challenging to fill that vacancy.
• Course resources, including materials, software access, and instructor time, are allocated based on the number of enrolled students. Once a student enrolls, these resources are committed and cannot be reallocated easily.
• Administrative and operational costs related to student enrollment, such as processing fees, platform maintenance, and staffing, are incurred regardless of student participation.

Refunds for Duplicate Payment

Refunds for duplicate payments made by the customer will be processed by cheque payment within 30 days after intimation by the student.
